We strive to provide accurate descriptions, schedules, and information, but event content is subject to adjustments, updates, or substitutions.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

We accept the payment methods shown on our website. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Square). We do not store or access full credit card numbers.

Taxes or processing fees may apply depending on the purchase.

5. Ticket Orders, Vendor Registrations & Acceptance

After submitting an order or vendor registration, you will receive an email confirmation. This acknowledgment does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to deny or cancel any order or registration for reasons including, but not limited to:

Event capacity limits

Incorrect pricing or technical errors

Suspicion of fraud

Vendor category duplication

Other legitimate business or safety concerns

If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Refunds, Transfers & Cancellations

Event Tickets

All ticket sales are final, except in situations where required by law or if the event is fully canceled by Epic Mighty Con.

If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.

If the event is canceled entirely, refunds will be offered.

Vendor Spaces

Vendor fees are generally non-refundable unless:

The event is canceled, or

Your application is rejected by our team.

Vendor spaces may not be transferred or resold without written approval.

Merchandise

Any merchandise purchased at the event or online is subject to separate return policies, if applicable.

7. Event Rules, Conduct & Safety

By attending Epic Mighty Con, you agree to follow all venue rules and codes of conduct. This includes:

Respecting staff, attendees, and vendors

Complying with all safety guidelines

Following cosplay prop and weapon policies

Avoiding disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior

We reserve the right to remove any attendee or vendor from the event without refund for violations of these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on EpicMightyCon.com, including text, images, graphics, event branding, and promotional materials, is the property of Epic Mighty Con and/or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content without written permission.

Vendors retain rights to their own products, artwork, and creative materials.

9. Digital Activity, Photography & Media Use

By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that:

Epic Mighty Con may take photographs, video, or audio recordings at the event.

Your likeness may appear in promotional materials, event recaps, or media coverage.

Epic Mighty Con retains full rights to use such media without compensation.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify our staff upon arrival, and we will do our best to accommodate within reasonable limits.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epic Mighty Con is not liable for:

Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items

Vendor performance or product quality

Guest cancellations or schedule changes

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation or website use

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the related ticket or service.

11. Warranties Disclaimer

All event services, website content, and purchases from us are provided “as is” and “as available” without any express or implied warranties.

We do not guarantee:

That special guests will appear

That events will run uninterrupted

That website services will always be error-free

Some jurisdictions do not permit limitations on implied warranties, so portions of this section may not apply.

You agree to indemnify and hold Epic Mighty Con, its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:
